Steps For making Bootable pendrive using android -
Things Needed - OTG Cable/Micro-USB To OTG Convertor, OTG Supported Smartphone,Two Pendrives
Step 1 - First Of All You Need To Download an iso image of any linux distro from android! I'm suggesting you to download Lubuntu Linux Distro, because its very lightweight .. !
After Downloading, Any Linux Disro's iso image, lets move ahead to step -2
Step 2 - After Downloading linux disro iso image, then plug the OTG cable/OTG convertor in your smartphones micro-usb port!
Then download an application from play store named EtchDroid .. !
After installing this application, open it and click on 'Write RAW image or iso' then select your pendrive from that list and select that linux distro image! After that click on the 'write' option! And Then the linux distro will flash!
Let The Flashing Process Complete Upto 100% .. !
Step 3 - After The Flashing Process Completed, Eject Your Pendrive from OTG connector/cable and plug your pendrive on your PC's/Laptop's USB Port then click your pc's/laptop's power button and then press your pc's/ laptop's desired key for entering boot manager menu .. !

After entering boot menu, select that pendrive and hit enter!
Step 5 - Then That Linux Setup will open .. then you have to run that linux distro live .. !
Step 6 - Then Open Terminal of that linux ditro .. !

Step 7 - After That install Ventoy Tool for Linux (this tool will help you to create bootable usb) ..
First Of All Click HERE and download ventoy tool for linux!
After That Write These Following Commands On Linux Terminal (one by one) :
cd downloads
tar -xvf ventoy-1.0.43-linux.tar.gz
ls
cd ventoy-1.0.43
HIT ENTER
Now Plug Another Pendrive To Your PC/Laptop .. !
And Then Write :
sudo fdisk -l
HIT ENTER
Then copy the path of your pendrive
After that write :
ls
sudo bash Ventoy2Disk.sh -t (paste your pendrive path)
HIT ENTER
After That, Press 'y', and HIT ENTER
Again Press 'y', and HIT ENTER
Then Your Bootable Partition Will Be Created .. !
After It will show finished download windows iso image from Microsoft Website!
Then Copy The Windows iso file from downloads folder and paste it to the bootable partitioned pendrive!
CONGRATS:) You've successfully created windows bootable pendrive!
BTW Windows Installing Process is same as before!
N.B - I know this process is very complicated, but it can help you to create bootable pendrive during emergency!
